Covid attendance limits

NEW YORK — The Second Circuit dismissed the appeal of a Connecticut court’s denial of a preliminary injunction against an executive order that limited attendance at social gatherings to five people, ruling the claims are moot because the order has since been superseded to allow gatherings of up to 10 people.
