Bump Stocks

The Sixth Circuit granted the federal government’s motion for an en banc rehearing of a case dealing with the legality of bump stocks. A panel of the circuit court ruled in March that several gun rights groups should have been granted an injunction against an ATF rule that defined bump stocks as machine guns.

A panel of the circuit court ruled in March that several gun rights groups should have been granted an injunction against an ATF rule that defined bump stocks as machine guns.
