COLUMBUS, OHIO (CN) - Washington Mutual Bank repeatedly tries to foreclose on houses whose owners do not owe Washington Mutual any money, a class-action complaint claims in Federal Court.
Lead plaintiff Vevie Graham claims WaMu regularly employs co-defendant Columbus attorneys Manley Deas Kochalski LLC and Kevin Williams to collect money from, and foreclose upon property of people who, like her, has never had any business relationship with WaMu whatsoever.
