ATLANTA (CN) - World Wrestling Entertainment violates trademark by promoting wrestler David Heath as "Gangrel" the vampire, CCP North America claims in Federal Court. CCP, of Iceland, claims it owns the Gangrel vampire trademark as successor to White Wolf, which it acquired in 2006, and which created Gangrel in 1991, in its copyrighted role-playing game, "Vampire: the Masquerade."
