BOISE (CN) - The Idaho Supreme Court upheld the $74,000 reduced punitive damage award granted to residents whose insurance company delayedpaying for the damage caused when aPolish man repeatedly, and apparently without provocation, rammed his semi-truck into their home. Farmers Insurance must pay $18,650 in compensatory damages and $74,000 in punitive damages, reduced from $660,000.
