MANHATTAN (CN) - American International Group claims its former CEO Maurice Greenberg and six other defendants misappropriated a special bloc of AIG shares worth $20 billion. The complaint, filed Wednesday, was not yet available from the records room in New York County Court. The other defendants are Howard Smith, Edward Matthews, Ernest Stempel, L. Michael Murphy, John Roberts, and Houghton Freeman.
