A 30-year-old woman killed herself while taking GlaxoSmithKline's Paxil, which induces suicidal ideation in adults as well as children and teen-agers, her estate claims in Las Lunas District Court, N.M.

An employee of Trinity Valley Women's Center illegally and maliciously informed a friend of a patient's estranged husband that the patient had had an abortion, invading her privacy and inflicting emotional distress during contested divorce and child custody proceedings, the woman claims in Tarrant County Court, Fort Worth.
