KANSAS CITY, MO. (CN) - A security guard at a car wash shot an innocent man in the head and killed him, and at the owner's direction concocted a bogus story about "a drug deal gone bad," the man's daughter claims in Jackson County Court.
Jennifer Skivers claims that William Schroff, owner of the Boulevard Car Wash, set up the botched plan because he thought someone had been stealing money from his car wash. Skivers says her father drove onto the car wash property and the poorly trained guard, whom Schroff had ordered to get a gun, shot and killed him.
She is represented by Michael Ketchmark with Davis, Ketchmark & McCreight.
