LOS ANGELES (CN) - Instrument makers in Sweden, Italy and the United States are using the valuable "Rhodes" trademark without permission on keyboards and software, Rhodes Music claims in Federal Court. The maker of the famous Fender Rhodes keyboard sued Clavia (of Sweden), Armadillo Enterprises dba Nord USA, GeneralMusic (of Italy), GeneralMusic Corp. (of Illinois), M-Audio LLC, and Avid Technology.
