PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Verizon Wireless employees who promised to transfer files from a woman's broken cell phone to a new phone saw a "personal, private video of an explicit, sexual nature" on her phone and forwarded it to an unknown number of people, the woman says in state court. She sued Verizon, Selectron and three employees for privacy invasion, breach of contract and emotional distress.
The plaintiff is represented by Thomas Kline with Kline & Specter.
