KNOXVILLE (CN) - A federal grand jury on Tuesday accused a student at the University of Tennessee of hacking into Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's personal email, the U.S. Department of Justice said. He allegedly gained access by resetting the password, then posted screen shots of Palin's email and other personal information on the Internet.
If convicted, David Kernell, 20, could face prison time, prosecutors said.
