MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - A longtime business partner with more than a dozen auto dealerships and a rental car business says Chrysler Financial Services is ruining him by putting his line of credit on hold with no notice. Dennis Hecker calls it a "financial ambush" that has "jeopardized, if not fatally imperiled" him.
Hecker demands damages for breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference and defamation. He is represented in Federal Court by Timothy Thornton with Briggs and Morgan.
