HOUSTON (CN) - A man demands $100,000 from Home Depot, claiming he provided the tip that led to the arrest of a man who had run over and killed a Home Depot employee. He says Home Depot berated and humiliated him for claiming its advertised reward, even though the sheriff's office had told the store that he had provided the tip, and had "recommended that defendant Home Depot pay plaintiff the $100,000 reward."
The John Doe plaintiff is represented by Damian LaCroix in Harris County Court.
