KANSAS CITY, Kan. (CN) - The biggest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world is accused of paying delivery drivers less than minimum wage by refusing to reimburse them for auto and other job-related expenses. NPC International runs 1,161 Pizza Hut outlets in 28 states, according to the federal complaint.
Plaintiffs are represented by George Hanson with Stueve, Siegel & Hanson of Kansas City, Mo.
