(CN) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was released from the hospital Thursday after she fell from her seat on an airplane bound for London. It was the second time Ginsburg has been hospitalized in less than a month.
Doctors blamed her fall on a combination of a prescription sleeping aid and over-the-counter cold medicine, The Associated Press reported.
The 76-year-old judge was flying to London with Chief Justice John Roberts and justices Stephen Breyer and Antonin Scalia to celebrate the opening of Britain's new Supreme Court, the AP reported.
Ginsburg, who had pancreatic cancer surgery earlier this year, was hospitalized in September after becoming ill in her office. She had just received a treatment for anemia.
