WASHINGTON (CN) - Those convicted of knowingly committing fraud in U.S. Department of Agriculture programs are permanently barred from participating in them, according to a new agency rule.
The interim rule implements a provision of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act, which bars the felons from participating in any USDA program.
