OAKLAND, Calif. - Dallas Braden, who pitched a perfect game for the Oakland A's in May this year, claims Dr. Thomas Peatman and the Webster Orthopedic Medical Group hurt his left foot in removing a cyst from it in August 2009, limiting its range of motion, causing "numbness and extreme and excessive pain while pitching," and "fatigue in the later innings," in Alameda County Court.
