9th Circuit

INSURANCE, MARITIME - The 9th Circuit found that the owners of a yacht that was destroyed by a fire and restored, but then sank in the Newport Harbor due to a defective bilge pump, failed to disclose the accurate purchase price for the yacht and the vessel's present insurer in their application for their current policy with New Hampshire Insurance. They may not recover under the new policy.
