CONTRACT - The 8th Circuit dismissed Taxi Connection and Robin Gamradt's claim that Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corp. breached an oral agreement to primarily use Taxi Connection for transportation within a 25-mile radius in retaliation for plaintiffs' complaint that DM&E frequently referred to a female driver as "shithead." J. Benton found that the complaint was time-barred by the one-year statute of limitations. See ruling.
