WASHINGTON — A federal court in Washington, D.C., issued a final judgment allocating the $810 million in damages awarded to a class of shareholders who sued Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac and the Federal Housing Finance Agency, which amended stock purchase agreements in a way that diluted the value of the investors’ preferred shares and common shares.
