LABOR - The 7th Circuit found that the Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers, where plaintiffs were ministers, are functional equivalents of cathedrals or monasteries. Thus, the ministers who administer them are engaged in ecclesiastical administration and are not subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum-wage requirements.
