2 Discrimination Claims Survive Coca-Cola Ruling

ATLANTA (CN) - In the longstanding legal battle between nine black employees and the Coca-Cola Bottling Co., the 11th Circuit remanded two individual Title VII claims for further proceedings. Plaintiffs had argued that the lower court improperly dismissed their Title VII claims as time-barred.
