1.) FBI to Reopen Clinton Email Investigation

The FBI informed Congress on Friday it is investigating whether there is classified information in new emails that have emerged in its probe of Hillary Clinton's private server. The disclosure raises the possibility of the FBI reopening the criminal investigation involving the Democratic presidential nominee just days before the Nov. 8 election.

2.) Bridge-Trial Jury Urged to Convict Gov. Christie's 'Fierce Lieutenants'

Making the case Friday to convict Bill Baroni and Bridget Kelly of orchestrating traffic for political vengeance, a federal prosecutor urged jurors to see through the costumes both donned on the stand when they presented themselves as hapless bureaucrats deceived by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie's henchman.

3.) Supreme Court to Rule on Transgender Rights

The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to take up the case of a Virginia school board that wants to prevent a transgender teenager from using the boys' bathroom in his high school.

4.) Sex Offenders to Lobby High Court on Social-Media Ban

The Supreme Court agreed Friday to decide whether North Carolina can ban registered sex offenders from using social media websites and other sites that allow minors to have accounts.

5.) Judge Fed Up With Fight Over Eucalyptus

The Federal Emergency Management Agency clashed with environmental groups Thursday at a hearing on plans to reduce wildfire risk in the Oakland-Berkeley hills, prompting an exasperated federal magistrate to order them to submit statements on how to resolve the case.

6.) Court Scoffs at Facebook Insight of Founders

A federal judge proclaimed Thursday that the nation's Founding Fathers have little insight to offer on whether the Constitution allows people to sue Facebook for collecting their biometric facial data without consent.
