WILMINGTON, Del. — Shareholders say in a federal class action that directors are selling Versum Materials too cheaply through an unfair process to Entegris. The $3.8 billion share-swap offers 1.12 shares of Entegris for each share of Versum, which supplies electronics materials. Entegris is not a party to the complaint.
