NRA v Bondi – en banc ruling in 11th Circuit

The full 11th Circuit appeals court upheld the constitutionality of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act.

Rejecting a challenge by the National Rifle Association, a divided 11th Circuit ruled that the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act, which generally bans people under the age of 21 from buying long guns in Florida, is constitutional.
