Johnny Ngo, 32, of San Diego, was indicted Friday and hit with a federal complaint from the SEC on charges that he ran a $60 million investment fraud as CEO of NL Technology.

SAN DIEGO — Johnny Ngo, 32, of San Diego, was indicted Friday and hit with a federal complaint from the SEC on charges that he ran a $60 million investment fraud as CEO of NL Technology. If convicted of mail fraud, wire fraud and money laundering, he faces up to 50 years in prison.
