WASHINGTON — A federal judge ordered the Department of Justice to release documents from investigations of the 2001 attacks involving anthrax mailed to Democratic senators, the news media and historian Kenneth Dillon. FBI suspicion for the attacks led Dr. Bruce Ivins to kill himself, but Dillon and others doubt the official story.
