Man Claims False HIV Diagnosis| Made Him Suffer For 16 Years

MONTREAL (CN) - Nineteen years ago, a doctor informed a man that he was infected with HIV, and he lived with the stress and depression of the diagnosis until 2004, when another test showed he had never had the virus after all, the man claims in Superior Court.
