DALLAS — The Explorers Club claims in a federal complaint that it loaned astronaut Neil Armstrong an American flag to fly to the moon, and his second wife, Carol Held Armstrong, is trying to sell it through co-defendant Heritage Auctions. The club seeks a restraining order and declaration of ownership.
