You Want Fries With That?

AUBURN, Calif. (CN) - After a married couple pointed out that the Carl's Jr. restaurant in Roseville had given them the wrong order, the manager called the man an "a le," knocked down the wife and assaulted her, and bit the husband on the arm, the couple says in Placer County Court.

The defendant is CKE Restaurant Ventures, dba Carl's Jr. The plaintiffs are represented by Bowman & Associates.
