You Can’t Do That, EEOC Tells Dillards

SAN DIEGO (CN) - Dillards department store demands that workers who call in sick "disclose the nature of their medical illness" and punishes and fires them for "unexcused absences" if they don't, the EEOC says. In its federal discrimination complaint, the EEOC says Dillards fires workers even if they present notes from their doctor, if the doctor does not disclose the nature of the illness.
