OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - Cardinal Health is driving a pharmacy out of business and defaming it by refusing to supply it with hydrocodone and making false allegations about drug abuse, because the pharmacy, Apothecary Rx, is across the street from a major hospital, from which numerous patients emerge with legal prescriptions, Apothecary claims in Federal Court.
