You Cannot Be Serious

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Entrepreneur magazine sued Ernst & Young in Federal Court, claiming Ernst & Young has no right to demand, as it has, that Entrepreneur cannot use the phrase "Entrepreneur of the Year," because Ernst & Young claims to own it. The magazine claims the phrase is generic and E&Y's trademark is unenforceable.
