FORT LAUDERDALE (CN) - An advertiser filed a class action against Yellow Book USA, claiming that rather than deliver Yellow Books to "every home and business" in four cities, it dumped hundreds of the books into a Dumpster. The cities affected were Margate, Coral Springs, Parkland and Tamarac.
Named plaintiff A Customer First Air Conditioning & Refrigeration sued in Broward County Court. The putative class is represented by Joel Magolnick.
