SACRAMENTO (CN) - It's been a rough patch of time for Betty McHenry. First her houseboat sank, now Bruno's Island Yacht Harbor demands $100,000 from her, saying the boat is obstructing navigation and endangering public health and safety.
The boat sank at its berth and Bruno's says McHenry just let it sit there. It demands damages for breach of contract, negligence and nuisance, in Federal Court.
