WWII Vet v BofA

A 91-year-old veteran of World War II claims his home mortgage was bounced around from one lender/servicer to another until Bank of America got it, and then "intentionally sent misleading statements" to him, and "intentionally misappl(ied) the payments it received" to repeatedly try to force foreclosure, in Martinsburg, W.Va., Federal Court.
