Wrongful imprisonment

GREENVILLE, Miss. — A Black Mississippi man sued a district attorney and three investigators, claiming he spent 23 years in prison for four murders he did not commit after being tried six times. Four trials resulted in convictions that were later overturned and two were mistrials due to hung juries.
