The family of the late Jesse Binam sued Correct Care Solutions dba Wellpath, the Mesa County (Colo.) Commission et al. in federal court, claiming they <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Wrongful-death.pdf"><strong>denied Binam his medicine</strong></a> for epilepsy and psychosis while he was in jail, and he killed himself.
