The Riverside County district attorney said Monday that Horace Roberts, 60, of Temecula, has been exonerated of the 1998 murder of Terry Cheek, and two other men were to be arraigned Tuesday on murder charges: Joaquin Lateee Leal, 42, of Compton; and Googie Rene Harris Sr., 62, of Jurupa Valley.
