Wrong Notes Alleged at Gospel Goes Classical

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (CN) - Henry Panion III, a college professor, says he created Gospel Goes Classical with Vernice Watson in 2003 to promote the union of the two musical genres, and Watson registered the trademark in her name to create her own business, The Artist Company International. Panion sued for breach of contract in Jefferson County Court.
