LOS ANGELES (CN) - Much-sued comedian Katt Williams was sued again Thursday, by five men who claim he owes them more than $125,000 for their work on his 2012-13 Live Nation tour.
Cortney Gilmore et al. sued Micah Katt Williams and Live Nation Entertainment, in Superior Court, alleging promissory fraud, breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
Gilmore claims the defendants owe him $80,000 for his work as emcee on the tour.
Evan Gunny claims they owe him $14,000 for his work as a DJ.
Michael McGuire claims they owe him $10,000 for his work as a security guard.
Michael Bogan claims they owe him $10,500 for his work as a security guard.
And Christopher Blanton claims they owe him $12,000 for his work as a security guard.
The men are represented by John Holcomb Jr., with Kramer, Holcomb & Sheik.
Williams has been sued repeatedly in recent years, several times for odd, sometimes violent behavior. His former manager Mark Williams sued him earlier this month, claiming the comic punched him in the face and knocked him out, giving him a concussion.
