Worker Says Radio Chain Defamed Her

MANHATTAN (CN) - After she complained of sexual harassment and discrimination, Inner City Broadcast Corp. retaliated against the employee, says her complaint in Federal Court, by defaming her to the New York Post with the words, "That bitch is out of her mind."

Nicole Spence demands punitive damages from ICBC Broadcast Holdings and its employee Wendy Williams-Hunter, who allegedly defamed her by telling the New York Post, "That bitch is out of her mind."

Williams allegedly made the comment to retaliate for Spence's complaints of sexual harassment and illegal retaliation.
