Worker Got No ‘Solidarity & Respect’

SAN DIEGO (CN) - Southern California Edison harassed, racially discriminated against and fired a 51-year-old black security officer at its San Onofre Nuclear power plant after he returned from injury leave, and covered up its discrimination by claiming it fired him for responding in kind to his colleagues' "sign of solidarity and respect," which includes "a middle finger salute," accompanied by the saying, "F - it!," Robert Rayford claims in Federal Court.
