Wonder Dog

A student’s claim that she suffered discrimination when she was prohibited from bringing her service dog, Wonder, to school with her will proceed to a jury trial, a federal court in Michigan ruled.

The student, who has a severe form of cerebral palsy, brings her claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
