WOODLAND, Calif. (CN) - Two women claim Sacramento Logistics refused to restrain its manager Terry Loftis from vile sexual aggression and assault in the workplace - including placing his mouth on one plaintiff's breast. The other woman says Loftis frightened her so much she brought a "voltage device" to work to protect herself, and she was fired the next day.
This 24-page complaint contains numerous graphic examples of Loftis' alleged crude statements and propositions. The plaintiffs are represented in Yolo County Court by Mark Velez of Rocklin, Calif.
