Women Accuse American Airlines Of Bias

CINCINNATI (CN) - When American Airlines forced 275 employees to take retirement or severance packages, 248 of them were women, including at least 30 older than 40, who are named plaintiffs in a federal class-action complaint.

They demand reinstatement, lost wages and punitive damages, and say the airline replaced them with younger and less-qualified employees.
