Woman Sues Proselytizing Bosses

STOCKTON, CALIF. (CN) - Valley Pacific Petroleum stiffed workers for overtime and two of its Mormon mangers, Mike Eliason and Dan Elmer, told Alice Langston that she would never advance in the company unless she converted to their religion and wore more "revealing clothing," Langston claims in a class-action labor and harassment lawsuit in San Joaquin County Court.
