Woman Says Phony Law School Took $3,100

SAN JOSE (CN) - A woman claims Doug Marcus advertised his National Law School "on the California State Bar Web site as a correspondence law school," and took $3,100 from her as tuition, but there is no such school.

She says Marcus is also known as Charles Marcus.
