SAN ANTONIO (CN) - A uniformed police officer stopped a woman walking on the street, asked her if she wanted to make some money and drove her to a golf course, where he told her to perform a sex act on him, the woman claims in Bexar County Court. The woman says the unnamed officer then called a friend to meet them and had the plaintiff perform a sex act on the friend, too.
The officer allegedly paid her and then dropped her off where he picked her up.
The plaintiff claims the officer's actions violated police department policies and the U.S. Constitution.
She demands damages and legal costs. Her attorney is Thomas Hall with Hall & Bates LLP.
