JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (CN) - A customer says a KFC manager jumped over the counter and attacked her, ripping her tank top and exposing her breasts, after she complained about an order mix-up.
Debra Selvig says a Jacksonville KFC outlet made a mistake in her take-out order. She asked shift manager Ishmael Blue if she could have complimentary biscuits for her inconvenience. Blue replied that it was not KFC's procedure to give away free food but that she could have a drink on the house instead. Then he jumped over the counter and attacked her, ripping her tank top and exposing her breast, she claims in Duval County Court.
Selvig demands damages for battery, emotional distress, invasion of privacy and negligence. She is represented by Brad Sopotnick with McGrath Gibson.
